✉️ Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

Check with neighbors or your local post office

Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

If unresolved, contact us — we’ll do our best to assist

Please note we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
